The team has been very prompt very kind and very helpful! We couldn’t have asked for any better services. They got us everything that our home needed to be repaired from the hail damage on our roof and gutters.. Gregg is who we worked with the most and let me tell you he is the best. Getting back to us right away, made us understand everything very clearly. Upfront and very honest. Followed up on everything as well. This company goes beyond to make sure you are getting what you are needing.
GenEx installed a new Cedar roof on my home in Cary. I couldn’t be happier with my choice. From the initial phone call to every follow-up conversation to the care they put into their work, they have been beyond professional. I spent a lot of time over the last few years getting repairs on my old roof, researching contractors, getting quotes for new roofs and, ultimately, found Paul via a friend’s recommendation. Paul was, by far, the most professional and thoughtful contractor to look at my roof. He clearly was not just trying to sell me a roof. He spent a great deal of time up on a ladder inspecting the roof (surprisingly, most contractors never even looked at the roof up close, but instead just quoted using satellite photos). Paul was genuinely inspecting to see if I could get away with another year of repairs. Throughout the entire process, he consulted and advised including trying to make sure I was comfortable going the more expensive route (cedar). In the end, I decided to stick with cedar and do an entire new roof. The price was very fair compared with other contractors (especially given the rising price of cedar and current economic/supply chain issues in 2022). They began work right away. The crew led by Thomas was fantastic. They took great care to protect the exterior of my home including putting up giant protective nets and structures as they did the teardown. The work was great. They worked the weekend to get the work done. The cleanup was thorough and, in the end, I would highly recommend GenEx for any roofing job whether going cedar or not.
